Are you intimidated by modern technology?
Do you feel as if your smartphone is smarter than you?
I can help!
I offer mobile, tablet and computer support in Greystoke, Penrith and the surrounding areas.
Based in Greystoke, and only a phone call, email, WhatsApp or text away, I’m here to help you with the problems of modern life and technology.
No problem is too small! Need help to unlock and account? Can’t connect to your WiFi? Just plain confused by something on your ‘smart’ phone or tablet? I can help!
Don’t know where to start to get an email account? Scared by online banking or shopping? I can walk you through the basics, get you started and support you when you are up and running.
Coronavirus: Remote Support and More
July 2020 Coronavirus Update: I continue to offer remote support to all my customers, with payment on account. But I am pleased to say that I am also now able to offer indoor consultations, where remote support, or an outdoor appointment is not viable. There are some changes to the way we will have to work, so please read my Covid-19 Secure Risk Assessment to see what I’ll be doing to make this as safe as possible for everyone. I have also updated my Covid-19 news post.
Help – just a phone call away
As well as 20 years professional IT experience, I’ve also been playing with computers for as long as I can remember: programming, experimenting, and trying out new things. Friends and family are constantly coming to me for help with their PCs, tablets, and smartphones. Why? Because as we rely more and more on the internet, it is getting more complicated to use.
As The Greystoke Geek, I can help simplify, explain things and support you – in the comfort of your own home. So why not #CallTheGeek now, for Local, Friendly Support?
