Bigblu is rebranding Avonline, but it has not been without some issues.

Did you receive a ‘final bill’ over the weekend?

If you did, don’t worry you were not alone! Whilst it may have caused you to panic, you should by now have received a follow up email telling you to ignore this.  It’s very likely that as part of the data migration to BigBlu systems these emails were issued by mistake. Of course, they should have been suppressed, but they weren’t. You might be surprised at how common mistakes like this are.

Have you signed up to the new Customer Portal yet?

A ‘portal’ is just a trendy word for a logged in customer website. It allows you to check your account, billing etc.   If you’re having difficulties signing up, then give me a call so that I can help you.
