It’s been an interesting week at work this week. If you have issues with your Apple ID, or have an android phone overrun with malware, get in touch!
An Apple ID full password and security question reset; then a change of ID and a sync up to iCloud which allowed a client to use his iPad for the first time in over a year! After a system update he now has gmail syncing across iPad and windows laptop.
Then a ‘smartphone’ which was drowning in popup ads and pretty much unusable. The offending apps were identified and removed, and a robust antivirus installed. Plus a quick install and backup of google photos to the cloud to allow a client to quickly access android phone photos from an ipad.
